MANILA, Philippines — Muntinlupa City Rep. Ruffy Biazon on Monday said he will send a letter to Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra regarding the wall built by the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) along Insular Prison Road in the city, which the lawmaker earlier dubbed as illegal.
Biazon was referring to the BuCor’s move to construct a concrete wall along Insular Prison Road, one of the roads in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Reservation which gives access for residents of Southville 3 to and from the Barangay Poblacion proper and Muntinlupa City proper.
“I am sending a letter [to Secretary Guevarra] today,” Biazon said in a text message.
