A woman who was reported missing almost three weeks ago was found dead in the trunk of her own car — and her ex-boyfriend was charged in connection with her disappearance.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Office said that Melinda Kay Davis’ body was discovered in the trunk of her vehicle which was parked near the Columbus area of Cleveland, Ohio, CBS affiliate Cleveland 19 said in a report on March 15.
Davis was last seen by her family when she told them on Feb. 25 that she will be going to her ex-boyfriend John Henry Mack Jr.’s apartment. They did not hear from her since.
