Palace: PH inoculates over 114,500 people vs COVID-19 as of March 10

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines has so far vaccinated more than 114,500 individuals against COVID-19, Malacaang said Thursday.

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said that as of Wednesday, 114,615 people have been inoculated against the potentially deadly respiratory illness caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Of the figure, 25,538 were vaccinated on March 10.

The Philippine government has so far deployed 796,950 vaccine doses: 440,450 Coronvac developed by China’s Sinovac Biotech and 356,500 AstraZeneca jab.
