CITY OF CALAPAN —- The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office in Oriental Mindoro based in this city has been placed on temporary lockdown starting on Wednesday, March 10, until March 20 for contact tracing and disinfection.
The lockdown is in compliance with the health and safety protocols by the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Diseases, according to DTI’s social media post at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
In a phone interview on Thursday morning, Arnel Hutalla, DTI provincial director, said one of their employees tested positive for COVID-19 in an antigen test, but this was still subject to a confirmatory test.
