LEGAZPI CITY — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) in the Bicol region has announced that its office will be placed on lockdown after a male employee tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, March 7.
Lawyer Daisy Punzalan Bragais, CSC Bicol director said the temporary office closure starts on Monday until Friday (March 8 to 12) in compliance with health protocols.
Bragais in a phone interview on Sunday said transactions at the agency will not be disrupted as employees will be working from home.
The employee, who manifested symptoms of the virus on March2, tested positive for COVID-19 and was isolated at the city quarantine facility.
