MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) will offer free rides to women for certain periods of time on Monday, March 8, as the nation commemorates National Women’s Month.
MRT-3 management said in a Facebook post on Sunday that the free rides will be offered from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
