CAUAYAN CITY — A motorcycle rider was killed while his passenger was critically injured when their motorcycle collided with a delivery van on Friday night (Mar. 5) along the national highway in Barangay (village) Alinam, police said.
The fatality, Santi Belen, was headed north when his motorcycle swerved to the right lane and was rammed by the van driven by 30-year-old Leo Alvin Pagtulingan, said Police Corporal Silver Jones Galiza, Cauayan City police chief.
Belen’s passenger, Marnel Collado of Landingan village in Nagtipunan town at Quirino province, was badly hurt.
