LUCENA CITY —- At least 37 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases in Quezon province have been removed from the list of active virus carriers in the past four days, authorities said March 4.
The Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO), in its 5 p.m. report Thursday, disclosed that the active COVID-19 case dropped to 134, its lowest daily tally, from 171 on March 1.
On March 2, the recorded active virus carriers were 155, then further dropped to 142 the next day.
The highest tally in the IPHO’s twice-a-day count of active cases was recorded on Nov. 12 last year with 1,119.
