LUCENA CITY — Police arrested 60 drug suspects after conducting numerous operations spread over three days in Cavite, the provincial police said on Friday.
Colonel Marlon Santos, Cavite police chief, said the suspects were arrested in 40 buy-bust operations across the province from February 24 to 26.
Authorities confiscated a total of 211 sachets of shabu (crystal meth), six sachets of died marijuana leaves, drug-using items and cash believed to be from the sale of illegal drugs.
Likewise arrested during the operations were 21 wanted felons, 13 suspects on various major and minor crimes, 16 illegal gamblers and two illegal gun holders…
