CITY OF CALAPAN—The city is now allowing two passengers in a tricycle.
A social media post of the city government on Wednesday (Feb. 17) said a new ordinance had been passed to allow at least two passengers to ride a tricycle together.
The easing of the one-passenger-per tricycle rule came as the city transitions to modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
The ordinance specifies where the passengers would sit in the tricycle. One would occupy the sidecar and the other would be at the back of the driver.
