MANILA, Philippines — James De Los Santos captured his third gold medal of the year after a successful campaign in the E-Karate World Series #1, Male Shotokan Division.
The world No. 1 eKATA player edged Switzerland’s Matias Moreno Domont, the world No. 2, 25.6-24.4 in the final.
De Los Santos’ latest triumph pushed his medal tally to 39 gold medals since he started collecting in mid-2020.
His students at Maharlika Karatedo Kai of the Philippines International also won medals in their respective competitions.
