BAGUIO CITY —- Many graduates of the Philippine Military Academy will be participating in this year’s alumni homecoming via video conferencing because of the general community quarantine in Baguio, the Academy’s spokesman said on Tuesday, Feb. 9.
Only 90 alumni members and awardees have signified that they would join the Feb. 12-13 event during the Valentine’s Day weekend.
