Kapuso actress Carla Abellana, known for her advocacy on animal rights and welfare, expressed her grief over the death of an adopted dog.
Abellana was devastated as she recalled the unfortunate day on her Instagram posts yesterday, Nov. 21. She also mentioned having earlier assisted a couple needing help on the surgery of their dog.
“Just this morning I paid for the surgery and medication of a Chihuahua mix from Bohol to help save him. His owner didn’t have enough money to have him treated and I couldn’t say no to helping them out. Thank goodness he survived and is now back home,” Abellana recalled.
