MANILA, Philippines — Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso signed on Wednesday the deed of absolute sale for the purchase of a P111-million private land for the local government’s socialized housing program.
According to Moreno, the city government was able to acquire the 6,003-square meter lot located at Pasigline in Sta. Ana through Ordinance No. 8115, which was enacted in 2006. This land acquisition is seen to benefit more than 600 families.
