MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Debold Sinas has named 23 police officials to new posts in a major reorganization within the national police force.
The retirement of several senior officials prompted the upward movement of third-level officers, the PNP said in a new brief sent to the media on Sunday.
