Arnel Pineda, frontman of the band Journey, assured fans that his upcoming biopic helmed by “Crazy Rich Asians” director Jon M. Chu will push through.
Pineda believes filming will start soon and that the retelling of his life on the big screen is “going to happen,” he said in an exclusive interview with Rolling Stoneon Jan. 26.
“I think they’re gonna start. Some people from Warner will start coming here. I think maybe with Jon Chu and [“Joker” and “The Fighter” screenwriter] Scott Silver. They might come here to audition actors and actresses that will take part in my biopic,” he was quoted as saying.
