MANILA, Philippines — Malacaang advised the public on Sunday to prepare and stay alert as the country experiences rains brought by two low-pressure areas (LPA) and the northeast monsoon.
“According to Pagasa [Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration], wala po tayong bagyo [We do not have typhoon]. However, we remind the public to be alert and be prepared for possible landslides and floods brought by the heavy rains.
