CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Police in Angeles City seized around P5.4-million worth of “shabu” (methamphetamine hydrochloride) and arrested three suspected illegal drug peddlers on Saturday night.
The buy-bust, which took place at Valdez St. in Barangay Ninoy Aquino, yielded around 800 grams of shabu packed in 11 plastic bags commonly used in making ice, according to Col. Rommel Batangan, city police chief.
Batangan said suspect Noraden Ariray was a high-value target while Roberto Carbungco was on the drug watch list.
