MANILA, Philippines —The Department of Tourism (DOT) on Wednesday backed President Rodrigo Duterte’sdecision to impose a temporary ban on all flights from the United Kingdom (UK) starting on Thursday until December 31 due toreports of a new coronavirus strain.
