PANIQUI, Tarlac–Philippine National Police chief Gen. Debold Sinas on Tuesday (Dec. 22) went to the wake here for a woman and her son who were shot by a policeman in a case caught on video.
Sinas arrived at the wake for Sonya Rufino Gregorio, 52 and Frank Anthony Rufino Gregorio, 25 around 6:30 p.m.
The wake is being held at the Gregorios’ residence at the village of Cabayaoasanwhere they were killed allegedly by MSgt. Jonel Nuezca, the victims’ neighbor.
Sinas said the victims’ family would be given financial assistance and security.
