MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will reopen two U-Turn slots along a portion of EDSA in Quezon City to ease traffic.
The Quezon City government said the MMDA will reopen a U-turn slot in front of Quezon City Academy and another one near Darrio bridge, which were closed in October and November, respectively.
The MMDA told a House committee hearing on Tuesday that the two U-turn slots will be reopened by Friday, December 18, the local government further noted in a statement on Wednesday.
