MANILA, Philippines — The implementation of a seven-day quarantine period for Filipinos returning from abroad who were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in the Philippines will be in effect starting June 22, Malacaang said Friday.
In a statement, presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said this is “in consideration of the full rollout of the process of validation of vaccination certificates.”
It was on June 4 when the Philippines shortened from 10 days to seven days the quarantine period of returning Filipinos who were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in the country.
