Age is nothing but a number to a 57-year-old woman in New Hampshire who recently gave birth to a baby boy, five years after the death of her teenage daughter.
Barbara Higgins gave birth to her son Jack on March 20, making her one of the oldest women in the United States to give birth, NBC Boston reported last Thursday, March 25. She looked back on her suffering from the sudden death of her daughter Molly in 2016.
Higgins said Molly was only 13 when she died from an undiagnosed brain tumor. As she tried to cope with the loss, she became consumed with the thought of getting pregnant again.
