(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Tuesday, Feb. 2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 1:14 a.m., had its epicenter 246 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos. It had a depth of 128 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
