(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur early Monday, March 15. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 1:18 a.m. It had its epicenter 26 kilometers southeast of Hinatuan. Depth of focus was 81 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
