(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Catanduanes early Tuesday, March 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck at 5:08 a.m. It had its epicenter 89 kilometers southeast of Baras, and a depth of 35 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
