(Eagle News) – -A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Cagayan early Wednesday, April 28. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 1:47 a.m. It had its epicenter 49 kilometers northwest of Dalupiri Island. PHIVOLCS said the earthquake also had a depth of 32 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
