ANGELES CITY, Pampanga —- Police operatives led by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Angeles on Sunday arrested three Chinese who allegedly detained two other Chinese inside a hotel room in Barangay Cutcut here.
Col. Rommel Batangan, city police director, said his men assisted the CIDG-Angeles during the reported rescue operation at Star Hotel located along the Friendship Highway that resulted in the arrest of Tangz Heing, Li Hai Zheng, and Xiao Na.
Batangan said the police managed to rescue Li Deng Hu and Apple Ong from the suspects’ hotel room.
