LUCENA CITY — Thirty-two new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases were recorded in San Pablo City on Saturday, March 27, bringing the total number of cases in the city to1,545 since the pandemic started last year.
Among the new validated virus carriers are two female senior citizens aged 66 and 69, and a six-month-old boy, according to a report from the city’s Anti-COVID-19 Task Force posted on social media. The city now has 204 active COVID-19 cases which were only 66 on March 1.
As of March 27, the city also recorded a total of 1,291 recoveries and 50 deaths due to COVID-19.
