LUCENA CITY — Two alleged illegal drug peddlers were arrested and yielded P204,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation here on Friday night, police said Saturday.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief, in a report identified the suspects Joseph Real, 51, and Loreiliza Berba, 41, both residents of Barangay (village) Dalahican, were nabbed after they sold a pack of shabu to an undercover policeman acting as a drug user in their village at around 10:20 p.m.
Authorities seized seven plastic sachets of shabu weighing 30 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P204,000.
