CITY OF CALAPAN —- Two suspects in the drug watch list of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Mindoro police were arrested in separate operations on Thursday, Feb. 25, authorities said Friday.
The first to fall was Victor Fabila, 30, a mechanic, in a combined operation by the local police and the PDEA about 1 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay Poblacion of Bulalacao town, said a report from the PDEA in Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan).
He was caught possessing 12 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets, each containing about a gram of suspected shabu (crystal meth), said a report from the PDEA in Mimaropa.
