MANILA, Philippines — The 10 p..m. to 4 a.m. curfew in Metro Manila Metro amid the COVID-19 pandemic will remain, Metro Manila Council chairperson and Paraaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez said Friday.
Olivarez said that while the MMC is open to proposals to shorten the curfew hours, the current setup will remain amid the general community quarantine (GCQ) imposed in Metro Manila until June 15.
“Open naman po ang ating MMC pero until na tayo ay nasa GCQ, mananatili yung ating curfew na 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. ‘Yan ang huli naming pinag-usapan,” Olivarez said in an interview on ABS-CBN’s Teleradyo.
