MANILA, Philippines — One million more doses of the COVID-19 vaccine from China’s Sinovac BioNTech are set to arrive in the Philippines on Sunday, June 6.
In an advisory on Saturday, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said the COVID-19 vaccines will be delivered by a Cebu Pacific flight (5J671).
The plane is expected to land at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 2 at 7:35 a.m. on Sunday.
This will be the first batch of Sinovac vaccines to arrive in the country in June. The Philippines has so far received 5.5 million Sinovac vaccine doses.
