(Eagle News) — A state of calamity has been declared over four regions–Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao—due to “Paeng.” President Bongbong Marcos made the declaration by virtue of Proclamation No. 84.
