A police officer who shot and killed a mother and her son in Tarlac has turned himself in to the police, the Central Luzon police reported on Monday.
Central Luzon police chief PBGen. Valeriano De Leon identified the suspect as PSMS. Jonel Nuezca, 46.
Nuzeca surrendered to policemen in Rosales town in Pangasinan.
Nuezca was assigned at the Parañaque City Crime Laboratory.
A video that went viral on social media showed killing Sonya Gregorio, 52, and Frank Anthony Gregorio, 25, in Paniqui town on Sunday.
The shooting occurred during an altercation, police said.
