(Eagle News) — “Domeng” has intensified and decelerated while moving northwards over the West Philippine Sea. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the center of the tropical storm was estimated 975 km east of Extreme Northern Luzon.
