(Eagle News) — “Domeng” has intensified into a tropical storm while moving in a northern direction over the Philippine Sea. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the center of “Domeng” was estimated 940 km east of extreme Northern Luzon.
