Pryce Corp Notice to Shareholders

Please be informed that the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“ASM”) of Pryce Corporation (the “Company”) for the year 2020 is postponed from December 11, 2020 (Friday) to February 5, 2021. This postponement was made after the Company was notified on the afternoon of December 1, 2020 that the meeting venue (Isabela ABC, Makati Shangri-La Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City ) will no longer be available for conducting a social gathering inasmuch as the government recently announced to extend National Capital Region’s GCQ status until December 31, 2020.

Other details such as record date, agenda, meeting venue & time, and other related information shall be disclosed in due course at a later date.

The foregoing advice of postponement has been disclosed to both the Philippine Stock Exchange and Securities & Exchange Commission on December 2, 2020.
