MANILA, Philippines — Cases have been filed against Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca after undergoing inquest proceedings for two counts of murder for shooting to death a mother and her son in Paniqui town Tarlac province, Interior Secretary Eduardo Ao said Monday.
