PAGASA is predicting at least 50mm of rainfall per day for the week, conferring to its prediction model.
Nikos Peñaranda, PAGASA weather specialist, stated the rain will distress western sections of the Visayas and Southern and Central Luzon including Metro Manila, Panay, Negros, Mindoro, Zambales and Bataan.

The water level at Angat Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan sustained to dip further Tuesday, hitting the 158.77 mm mark, below the 160-meter critical level.
From a PAGASA climate forum, the lowest water level in Angat Dam ever recorded was in July 18, 2010 when it reached 157.56 mm.
PAGASA hydrologist Sonia Serrano added Angat Dam will need 1300 mm of rain to reach normal high-water level.
The water level of La Mesa Dam, however, has risen slightly to 69.2 meters, a slight elevation of 0.54 meters, due to recent rains.
